El Gope y la Brigada Aeropolicial de Carabineros rescataron a dos andinistas que estuvieron atrapados durante tres días en el glaciar Juncal de Los Andes. Ambos portaban un teléfono satelital desde el cual lograron enviar una señal a Estados Unidos desde donde alertaron a la Onemi. Los andinistas están en buen estado de salud.
