La brecha de ingresos entre hombres y mujeres llegó a un 14 por ciento durante el 2022, de acuerdo a cifras dadas a conocer por la Superintendencia de Pensiones.

Según publicó El Mercurio, los hombres que cotizaron el sistema previsional tuvieron un ingreso promedio de 1,1 millones de pesos, mientras que las mujeres alcanzaron una cifra de 956 mil pesos.

Al tomar en cuenta los datos por región, Antofagasta es donde se registra la brecha más alta, con un 28,7 por ciento, seguida por Atacama con un 27 por ciento. En contraste, en La Araucanía la brecha llega a un 5,9 por ciento y en la Región Metropolitana es de 11 por ciento.

Junto a esto, Antofagasta también es la región con el mayor sueldo promedio imponible, llegando a 1.304.021 pesos, mientras que la más baja es el Maule con 832.902 pesos.
