Los días 4 y 5 de marzo, en el Galpón 5 de Víctor Manuel, en el sector del Persa Biobío, se realizará el encuentro "Ladridos", un espacio de "diálogos sobre inteligencia artificial, sonido, artes visuales, cultura, política, instalaciones, performance y música en vivo".

Hasta Víctor Manuel 2220 llegarán cinco artistas internacionales, siete nacionales y ocho residentes, provenientes de diversas partes de América, para intentar responder la pregunta que motiva el encuentro: ¿Qué significa ser de aquí?
