El actor estadounidense Richard Gere (73) debió ser internado luego de sufrir complicaciones por una neumonía. 

La estrella de "Pretty woman" se encontraba vacacionando con su familia cerca de Nuevo Vallarta, en México para celebrar el cumpleaños de su esposa, Alejandra Silva, cuando una tos que tenía desde antes empeoró, según el portal TMZ. 

Si bien desconoce el recinto específico, pasó la noche en el hospital, le recetaron antibióticos y fue dado de alta la mañana siguiente. Mientras, Gere continúa su estadía en el país y se está recuperando favorablemente.
