El Cuarto Juzgado de Garantía de Santiago condenó a Cecilia Gutiérrez y Sergio Rojas por el delito de injurias graves en contra el periodista Iván Núñez tras dichos en 2020.

Cabe recordar que Gutiérrez y Rojas realizaron sus dichos durante una transmisión en Instagram a fines de 2020, afirmando que Núñez había descuidado y desatendido a los hijos que tuvo con su exesposa Marlene de la Fuente.

Esto llevó al conductor de 24 horas a presentar una querella en 2021 que pedía "las penas de 540 días de reclusión menor en su grado mínimo y a la pena pecuniaria de 10 unidades tributarias mensuales".

Ahora, la justicia condenó a Gutiérrez y Rojas, aunque recién se conocerán detalles y la lectura de la sentencia el próximo lunes 14.
