Beyoncé y Adele líderan nominaciones a los MTV Video Music Awards 2016

La cantante estadounidense Beyoncé y la inglesa Adele son las artistas que encabezan las nominaciones a los MTV Video Music Awards 2016.

Con su "disco visual", "Lemonade", Beyoncé alcanzó las 11 postulaciones en diversas categorías que incluyen Video del Año y Video Femenino del Año, además del nuevo apartado Video Rupturista de Larga Duración. Es la mayor cantidad de candidaturas que ha obtenidos en un año para eta premiación.

La británica, en tanto, tuvo un total de ocho nominaciones, siete de las cuales disputa con su video para el sencillo "Hello". 

"Hotline Bling", de Drake; "Sorry", de Justin Bieber; y "Famous", de Kanye West; son las otras producciones que disputan la categoría de Video del Año".

La premiación tendrá lugar el próximo 28 de agosto en el Madison Square Garden, de Nueva York, y como es sabido este galardón se entrega por votación popular, por lo que los fanáticos ya pueden comenzar a votar por sus favoritos en Mtv.com/vma.
