A través de sus redes sociales el grupo Massive Attack confirmó la sorpresiva muerte de su guitarrista Angelo Bruschini.

"Devastados. Fuimos muy afortunados de compartir una vida juntos. Un talento tan brillante y excéntrico, es imposible cuantificar su contribución. Descansa en paz, Angelo", escribieron en Instagram.

Angelo Bruschini se unió a Massive Attack a mediados de la década del 90 como uno de los miembros de la banda en vivo del proyecto.

Además participó en las grabaciones de los discos "Mezzanine,100th Window" y "Heligoland".

A mediados de este año Bruschini había comunicado en sus redes sociales que había sido diagnosticado con un cáncer de pulmón.
