El evento, que premia lo mejor de la música, contará con presentaciones de artistas como Bad Bunny, Mary J. Blidge, Lizzo Brandi Carlile, Luke Comb, Steve Lacy, Sam Smith y Kim Petras, y Harry Styles, quien fue uno de los últimos en confirmar que su presencia en el escenario.

La ceremonia, que iniciará a las 22:00 horas, contará otra vez con el comediante Trevor Noah en la animación, mientras que, desde la producción del show anunciaron la presentación sorpresa de un artista que no nominado en esta ocasión.
