En pleno centro de Madrid, y en medio del invierno del hemisferio norte, unos 50 activistas de AnimaNaturalis se desprendieron de sus ropas para denunciar la utilización de pieles en la confección de abrigos, y pedir el cierre de las granjas peleteras. Los manifestantes se amontonaron rociados con sangre simulada para ejemplificar las condiciones en que a los animales se les extrae la piel "en vida" para fabricar este tipo de prendas de vestir. La acción busca visibilizar las condiciones de "frío y calor extremo" en las que viven estos animales, dijo a la agencia EFE Jaime Posada, portavoz de la agrupación.
